Just work your way through all of their albums. You won't be disappointed...

I actually meant to start a thread on these Swiss legends years ago, but with the chat about them here the last couple of days, now's as good a time as any....

Until Our Poison Devours Us from their first album Contradiction (2014)

Only familiar with Triangle and Hearts Of No Light. Great albums so I'll definitely give the rest a blast

A paradigm of beauty is an absolute banger of a track of 2019 album. Still listen to that album.  :abbath:

Hearts Of No Light. Yeah an absolute brooding build up to that track, a banger indeed.

Here's the live version of it...........

Discovered this band with the free cds we got with magazines (remember them)

Yeah, there's a couple of good full shows live on YT. Tyrant Fest and some other show too. Well worth checking out.

Those two The Maldoror Chants albums are absolutely other worldly. I have Hemaphrodite on LP. I love playing it....

It really blows the album version away, and the album version is bloody good.

Checking these lads out for the first time. Excellent stuff.

Great to hear that...

Schammasch: live at Soulcrusher Fest 2021

I have been listening to all their albums for about a week now. The opening track to The Malador chants is sublime.
I will have to catch them the next time they come here. Imagine them and The Ruins of Beverast on a tour together.

Oh shtop now will ya!
Yeah, have to catch Schammasch live myself. I've seen TROB but only the once, but Alexander and the boys floored it in The Grand Social...

Ja, I've been bingeing heavily on the Schammasch catalogue the past couple of weeks myself, and don't see it waning any time soon. So there....
