I was listening to this again a few days ago

https://youtu.be/WK7DGwCqH6k?si=hoiG4uJDi0dQN1N2

and I can still only hear the chorus as "Hello Babyman", perhaps a greeting someone (maybe a member of Clawfinger) might say to Trump

A mate of mine told me a hilarious story about being at a gig some.years ago (possibly Bon Jovi?) where a cover of "The Boys are Back in Town" was aired, and a woman stood near him was belting it out to the chorus..except she thought it was "We're frozen back in time"

Maybe she was an Obituary fan.

I swear that the first line of For Whom The Bell Tolls is "minkers fight on the hill in the early days".

On Machine Head - A Thousand Lies where he sings "fed up of this whole system, it's gone on for too long" it sounds like he's singing "fed up of this horses dong..."

Slough Feg, "I am a space parrot, you know my name"

For years I thought Axl was saying " I'll have another cigarette cos I can't sing " on Paradise City.

The evil Kathmandu. I used to think he was singing about a mysterious eastern wizard.

"Can I play with madness, the perfect steed at the Christmas ball"

Thought for ages Mastodon's Oblivion went
"Leaving you behind with this awesome song".

Admired the confidence to be honest.

An old one, Necros Christos - Hathor of Dendera sounds like Hater of Pantera

"this ain't no Crystal Rodgers neighbourhood"...so sang Mike Muir on You Can't Bring Me Down or at least I thought so for many years. Had no idea who Crystal Rodgers was, nor indeed had I any clue who Mr. Rodgers was for that matter.

Sheemo, the mysterious whale by U2  :abbath:

I thought this as well actually.

Not mine, but a favourite I've heard is people mishearing the chorus of Deicide's "Dead by Dawn" as "PET MY DOG"

The title to Crowbar's "All I Had I Gave" sounding far too like "Motorhead are gay" in the song itself.

And the song title itself didn't set off any alarm bells?

My sister loved skid Row's 18 & Life back when it was in the charts.
But she kept sing, "Ain't seen a life"... even though she knew the name of the song.

Fucking stupid, like!
