"My Bloody Valentine have announced their first Irish headline show since 1992 – with a major gig at the 3Arena in Dublin on Saturday, November 22, 2025. Tickets for My Bloody Valentine's 3Arena gig go on artist presale tomorrow, November 26, from 10am. They then go on promoter and Three+ presale on Wednesday, November 27, from 10am."

Fuck sake, talk about bad timing.  >:(  I'm already skint after buying Xmas gifts.

I just hope I've signed up for the presale properly, I'd be fucking sickened to miss this. One of the real "rearranged by brain" bands.

I'd love to catch this but just can't afford it this time of year. Mogwai in Galway in July is another one, I doubt I'll make that either. Fucking christmas shite!

Saw them at Electric Picnic in 2008! One of the highlights of the weekend for sure.

Complete scutter time of year to put tickets on sale, especially when the gig is a year out.

Is anyone else having trouble with the presale? Link works but it's just buffering for me.

Got sent a link from mbv@mybloodyvalentine.org at 10:27

Couldn't get Standing, but got Block E in the end

1st time seeing them !!
A fan since 1991

Got there in the end. Can't afford it now but might get a resale in the run up to it. Didn't see standing tickets, I wonder is it all seated? I'd be surprised if so.

€67 odd for a ticket, I thought it'd be more TBH.

Standing popped up for me for a while, but couldn't claim one
After a while it disappeared completely

Got the tickets anyway in the end, presale link took a while to come through. Usually wouldn't be arsed with anything in the arena but this is different.

Jealous!! Enjoy it those of you who go. Saw them in Manchester around 10-12 years ago and they were awesome. Super loud and enveloping!

They have yet to click with me. I bought three of their CDs around fifteen years ago when they were being somehow linked to black metal as an influence. I reckon that was bullshit. I can understand why people like them and I admire the creativity and weirdness, but just couldn't quite get into what they were at. I think I'll stick on one of their albums now and see if the time is right.

One of my favourite bands of all time but I weirdly have no desire to see them live whatsoever. Unless  a time machine is involved.

I would love some new music though.

All their stuff is good, but if you're going to pick just one it may as well be Loveless. Pairs well with Psychocandy if you fancy a double bill!

I had Loveless on just now. The opening song is cool but it goes too warpy in some of the songs after that. I'm guessing it's supposed to sound like a tape that's been left on the dashboard of the car in 35° heat? That's their thing? Again, I applaud the idea but it melts me to listen to it for long
