The album cover caught my eye on YouTube and the music is turning out to be really good. It reminds me mostly of Anathema but you can hear Candlemass and Solitude Aeternus in there as well. It's heavy and doomy but nicely layered and textured too.

Edit. I'm no expert on Pink Floyd by any stretch but apparently they are an influence too, which might well account for the orchestration.

Listened to it the last 2 days. Really good.

Only listened to a couple of tracks yet, but I can hear all the influences listed above.
Reminds a little of Invernoir from Italy, too.
Definitely a classic doom vibe with Pink Floyd in the mix.


This is really interesting. Reckon Steven Wilson could produce a world class album for these lads.
