Yeah, have a few of them, patchy but generally decent and in line with the sound you'd expect from them.

Was it Reeves and Mortimer referred to Kula Shaker as "Curryhouse rock"?

Riverboat Song and 100 Mile High City were two of the best singles of that entire era. They just never seemed to be able to push on and break out of that mid-level status.

That was Ocean Colour Scene, was it not? Awful, awful band.

Shit you're absolutely right, total mix up. Kula Shaker are the Govinda band. I don't know them at all bar that song.

Tatva is the only one I could name by them, wasn't a fan. I did like the track he sabg on from The Fat Of The Land though.

They also did a cover of Hush by DP. Always found them fine. Inoffensive britpop.

Rudimentary Peni – Death Church

So glad a buddy put me onto this a few years ago

Boards of Canada - "Tomorrow's Harvest"

Great album, wasn't overly familiar with it before, the brother showed me a video last week on the release and theme of it and it made me revisit it.  Have had it on nearly every night since.

River Boat Song wais a feckin savage dittie.

Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly.

For my money, the greatest hip-hop album ever recorded. Press play on track one and there's George Clinton, fuck me.

Apparently was a big inspiration for Bowie's Blackstar.
