Any interesting riffs which are similar, stolen, or otherwise?

I think Hammett recently came out and said he had borrowed the riff from Bowie

The outro solo to COC - World On Fire sounds very much like a part of The Eagles - Hotel California

Another one from Master of Puppets, this time it was hetfield who "borrowed" the riff, although he actually took more than the riff. Even the change structure of the song is similar i.e. the change in rhythm at 1.37. 

Still Sanitarium is a perfect song!
