No thread for them, but likely a few fans in here.  New Dodheimsgard album announced a few days back, details here: https://peaceville.com/bands/dodheimsgard/

No music up off it yet though.  Will be keeping an eye on this, absolutely loved the last album, still listen to it regularly.

Was only listening to 666 International the other day. This should be decent

Yeah, definitely looking forward to this one. Saw them here a couple of months ago but don't recall them playing anything new.

How are they live?  I had imagined the music was fairly wild to be carried well by a live band but I've often been proven wrong with this thought before.

This is great anyway. Only one tune off the last album.

Aye, they were class live. The musicians are just solid as fuck, allowing yer man to be as avant-garde and theatrical as he pleases on top of it.

I saw that they had a new one out alright and were doing a tour,I havent listened to their later stuff in years.
Monumental and 666 international were the only albums I was familiar with.

Ah grand a full set, I'll give that a lash during the week.  I enjoyed their earlier albums too, had a taped copy of 666 international years that got played to death.

Deadly, yeah jesus they'd want to be good to pull this stuff off live!

New tune up. A long, slow number. Reminds me a bit of The Sham Mirrors.

That new song sounded pretty good .I might pick this up

I don't hear The Sham Mirrors in it. It reminds me more of recent Enslaved in parts but then again, it is kind of just doing its own thing. I like it.

Great track, loads of depth, looking forward to the rest  :abbath:

The Sham Mirrors is the sort of twinkling astral sounds. I apologise for that description but can't think of a better wording.

Savage album none the less. Going to throw it in the car tomorrow  8)
