It looks pretty sus alright. The album art is all 100% without any doubt but they're talking about "our artist" doing such a great job, so if they're willing to lie about that you can't really trust anything else they say

Bandcamp says Dublin, Ireland + on their IG the logo is coloured green white orange, one of their messages on their posts says "vocalist lives in Dublin. The rest of the band is wherever pays the bills!"

But yes a public burning 14th century style is in order

I.e. they don't know where the server housing their fictional bandmates is located.
Had a nosey out of sheer curiousity, as expected its abysmal stuff and stinks of AI. They have a comment referring to elementary school, so I wouldn't even be sure the prompt engineer at the helm is Irish
