Sure I go deep into booze at the weekend as well, probably where my problems are coming from. I should have sense and reign it in at my age (51 today) but it's a hard habit to break. Was never a smoker so at least that's standing to me, I suppose.

Any change to my routine.  I must have some undiagnosed acronym, but my bin day has just changed from a Thursday to a Monday and I'm now so discombobulated.  I've two days booked off work, and I actually am thinking of cancelling them because it is just going to confuse me even more

I can remember getting a loan of Slayer, Testament etc tapes in school like it was yesterday. It's actually about 35 years. You really don't take note how fast it all goes by!
