Is grunge off-topic? I'm sure plenty of us have Nirvana  Nevermind in our collections anyway, but never thought it would lead to this:

Nirvana sued by the baby from Nevermind's album cover

Really grabbing for the dollar now. So the parents agreed at the time and got rewarded, but now the son claims they never released the image properly?

I know I'm not in his shoes and he had misgivings along the way, but he's reading far much into how people may perceive him or the cover. Go sue your parents if you have an issue with how they used you! He seemed perfectly happy recreating the image over many years, and obviously benefitting himself.

What's next, the guy whose hand is on the s/t System of a Down album suing because it could be associated with theft when it's next to the "Steal this album" release, and it has ruined his reputation and caused irreparable damages, prevented him from finding employment etc?

PS Good article here re Nirvana's first trip to Ireland when they hadn't a penny to their name https://www.irishexaminer.com/lifestyle/artsandculture/arid-40362350.html

Spa.

And an absolute chancer.

Hopefully the judge just tells him to shut up about it for five minutes and everyone will forget it's him. Seems he's the only one who's been drawing attention to the fact over the years.

He was always a cunt for chasing the dollar.....

Saw that earlier. Pathetic. Surely that he's been making money off it as an adult for years would void any claim he has. It is America though and the woke crowd may jump on the child porn angle.

He's a sneaky opportunist, taps directly into the modern PC current and takes full advantage. I hope that it's pointed out that he seemingly had no issues with the cover before.

The sad thing is that he'll get what he wants because the world is full of whiny morons who see a cash prize behind their so called 'problems'.  The language being used looks VERY serious, like the cover is child porn etc. That is enough for this ridiculous case to have legs in the eyes of the flower petal generation unfortunately.

Will he get much sympathy? I doubt it because the outrage mob usually don't go to bat for white men. He'll be seen as an opportunistic scumbag and rightly so.

It's not the first time he's been, let's say, ambivalent about his willy being on there. I don't know who nurtured those thoughts though, bloody ridiculous. And clearly, whether or not he had his doubts about wanting to be recognized as that baby, he made the most of it. He has only himself to blame for anyone knowing who he is at all!

Hes calling it child porn...

This clown has a Nevermind tattoo across his sternum! And he's suing how many people? Fuck off 😂😂

Wrong album.

It must be a cultural difference because if you did something like that at home, how could you look anyone in the eye being such a shameless scrounging prick? 150k from Courtney Love as well. Sure why not.

I worked with an American several years ago and she told me, with a straight face, that she had sued her own grandparents for some kind of accident she had on their property.
