Having a Brown Bear IPA now after 2 bottles of Carlsberg while doing a spot of painting. Not sure if it's only Aldi that do them. Absolutely marvellous stuff.

Went in to the little shitter in under the stairs lately "Sure no bother Babe I'll have that painted up in a few minutes"...

2 hours later fucking poisoned staggering out with 1 very see-through coat done..

"How can you not say to me that isn't the fuckin best NIN? Fuckin state of what you do be putting on it isn't even music that you're into, only shite"

Ordered a mixed-24 box (picked by myself) from Craft Central on Tuesday lunchtime, arrived yesterday morning. Less than 24 hours door-to-door. I'd been hearing about them suffering delays due to DPD being overwhelmed but obviously not in my case.

With special offers I saved nearly 30 quid off list prices.

As jakey as I am, I'm tempted to join in on the Craft Central buzz just the once, looking at the site here

Edit: there is one here called Breakfast Stout  I'm in (well it's out of stock but there are so many more)

Edit 2: They can fuck off a bit with their shitty small cans for a lot of them as well though. Just because it's 13 percent doesn't mean I don't want the full can

Breakfast stouts can be class. The "breakfast" bit comes from the use of oatmeal to add extra sugar (i.e. more alcohol) to the mash for natural sweetness. It has a lovely by-product of giving it a silky smooth texture without nitroing it.

They have a beer called Astral Grains from Lineman brewing on there. 4 x 440ml cans - €12, 7.7% Imperial stout. I think they've made an error on the pricing. It's €6.50 a can in my local offie.

Beware - anything that has Imperial or Breakfast before the word stout = lunatic soup. Don't crush it like a Guinness.

EDIT: Just to be clear - Craft Central are offering 4 cans of Astral Grains for €12 in total. Not €12 each.

Lidl have these 6% orange pale ales and they're tasty as fuck. At first I was wanting them to be in big cans, but I don't mind the smaller ones now. I'm not so much of a jakey, and I have a bad habit of leaving half a can down and forgetting about it, and then having to drink the horrible flatness.
I don't have this issue with small cans!

Every day is indeed a school day. I will endeavour to forget the true reason for the name when I'm drinking it at 10 in the morning though to convince myself that it is actually acceptable to get stuck in at that hour!

I reckon my best bet there is to get a slab of something to absorb the delivery price. Fucking monthly pay dictates that I wait until next week though but at least it will be grand for the bank holiday weekend

I've had those and can confirm they're very nice. Unfortunately for me I'm a pig and by the time I have the first mouthful down, it's time to be cracking open the second can

Having Peroni this weekend. Four of those 660ml bottles in Tesco for ten quid is deadly.

Yup, had those a few weeks ago. Lovely jawb boss..
Would you not be better getting a dozen or so? So we can all regale in your alcohol adventures over the next week or so....

Nope, because I'm a man of self restraint and the only adventures of be having with all those bottle around the house would be "got me stomached pumped"

O'Shea's seem to have given fancy new labels to their stuff in Aldi. Still top notch. Had to pick up a few as my delivery from the White Hag didn't land on today.

Been ordering of craftcentral.ie for the last few months, Put in the order Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to have delivered Friday morning, usually just get 10 or 12 at a time, 4 for 10 euros, 4 for 12  euros and maybe get one or two of the dearer ones. Always go for the high % ones as well.

Your FB stuff is pretty much all beer related. In fact I should probably blame you for getting into this ordering beer lark.

Cheers for the recommendation on craft central. Some unreal deals there.
