I just came across these lads. Chilean trad doom with powerful and gritty vocals all sung in Spanish. Going to have to pick this album up.

That's savage stuff, vocal delivery is great. Songs have a good bit of variation throughout which keeps it from becoming too predictable.  Picked up the cassette.
