Very relaxing indeed, and yes, some noise...
A lot of them around here on the outskirts of the city...
Walking home this morning after dropping the wee one at the day care. Was on the phone changing tunes and a large brown dog crossed the road right in front of me. Nope, a Roe deer, strolled along and hopped a garden fence and started grazing on the lawn.
Phone in hand, made a nice quick video and it looked straight at me, which was great...

I've never played trad before, but I just ordered a mandolin and I'm going to head along to a couple of different regular trad jams in the city (Edmonton). Really looking forward to playing the music and meeting some new people!

Nice one, trad sessions are the best way to get into it. In my case very forgiving but great craic and is quite common your sure to meet a fellow metal head.

Funnily enough I was thinking that certain Irish melodies are pure metal riffs if you added distortion to them

Between that and the matador getting gored earlier in the week, bestial devastation is having a moment!  :abbath:  :abbath:

I'd say they both had morbid visions when they realised what was happening!  :abbath:

I went to the shop to pick up milk last night and they had a sale on garden plants. I bought four little whatyoumaccallums for 8 dollars. Just pottered in the garden for the past half an hour and stuck them in. Can't bate it. Every little bit added in makes such a difference.

Was at an outdoor rave here in Stockholm on Friday, and there was a lad dressed from head to toe in the Lidl gear: hat, trakkie, t-shirt and sneakers... and he looked fookin class, put a smile on everyone's face

Just nabbed tickets for Angine de Poitrine in Edmonton. Nobody ever comes here anymore since covid, so I'm happy to be able to catch this one!

Sunshine.  Drink.  Backyard.  Simple, perfect.  Fuckin ruined it for my wife when I started into the Laibach on the Bluetooth speaker though

I spent most of this morning weeding some flower beds and sorting the edging between them and the lawn.  The lawn might be full of weeds, moss and bare patches, but the edging looks great!
