Kick ass!

He gets some sounds out of that

Black Sabbath - The Headless Cross
Malthusian - The Summoning Bell
Coscradh - Carving the Causeway to the Otherworld
Agalloch - Marrow of the Spirit

Two killer solos from Sykes, just a pity Coverdale isn't quite on form.

Eternal Champion - The Armor Of Ire

Kerasfóra - Six Nights Beyond the Serpent's

Voivod's orchestral version of "Forgotten in Space". Fucking ace hearing that riff with an orchestra behind it, absolutely sounds like something from an apocalyptic scifi film.

Listened to that yesterday. Thought it was cool enough. Will def check out the full thing.

Nevermore - The Politics of Ecstasy.

Wins it for me in the "favourite album with some of the worst artwork to ever exist" category.

Voivod - Post Society
Voivod - Nothingface
Vector - Outer Isolation
Protusion - The Last Suppuration

The Melvins with Napalm Death – Savage Imperial Death March

I've enjoyed the 1st listen.
Not sure if it has enough experimentation on it, but it is 'different'.
A bit whacky.

Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
Metallica - Kill 'em All
Cynic - Focus

Vafurlogi – Í vökulli áþján

Helloween - Master of the Rings
Master's Hammer - Maldoror Disco (somehow this ended up on my wishlist... £5.31 including postage later... Wasn't what I expected...)
Harrowed - The Eternal Hunger

Abigail Williams - "A Void Within Existence"

Never listened to a note of these guys (or guy???) before the Cork show was announced. Bought a ticket on the strength of the support bands (Soothsayer/Body Drinkers) and the fact that it was a gig in Cork.

Gave this album a whirl at the weekend - it is rather good.

Mardom - Dead Soul Age
