On CD 'Non-intentional lifeform' - Uisce, Irish Australian band on Roadrunner Records.  He had another band called Clann Zú who were on the same label as Propagandi

Never heard of them. Must check it out.

Militarie Gun- Life Under The Gun CD.

Season of Mist were doing free shipping a while back, so picked these up and just arrived in the post

But the only cd version of Alkaloid's Numen is a massive artbook that doesn't fit on the shelf. Bastards.

Not heard Alkaloid before but a video popped up of one of the songs from Bach out of Bounds and I thought it is pretty interesting, I'm buying that.  Really enjoyable listen.

Quicksand "Manic Compression"
Burning Airlines s/t

Both vinyl reissues, both perfect records. Given the way you're all fawning over shit like Drug Church and Miltiarie Gun, if ye haven't heard these get them into you immediately.

Haven't actually paid for it yet but I'm buying the Rhodedendron lp tomorrow. Can't wait, the two songs doing the rounds have been ace.

Re< Clann Zu/Non Intentional Lifeform - the guy was from Waterford originally? Mad.Listened to one song, it was shite, but twas mad hearing the accent over it. One of the other guys from Clann Zu was in My Disco/Agents of Aborrence, lived here for a bit years ago, used to come into the shop when I worked in Mero's.

Alice In Chains - Self-Titled 30th Anniversary Box Set.

I know, I know! Mad money Ted.

It's a pretty well done boxset though, & the record & 7"s sound great.

A few details I haven't heard before, especially in 'Brush Away'.
Guitar layers & some 'swimming' bass in parts.
Drums are solid in it too.

I think Dave Jerden, who produced 'Dirt', would've been a better choice than Toby Wright.

I like listening to stuff & hearing engineers pricking about with mic's, or whatever they do, but there is possibly a bit too much of it going on in Tripod. Comes across a bit scattered or something.
Saying that, it can be part of the fun of listening.

The graphic novel is great in it.
I used like that kinda stuff a few years ago.

Also, the 3 singles are 45's, & sound great.

Now, back to my monthly repayments.

I have 3 of those on vinyl myself: Q, V & W

The Warning might actually be my favourite Queensrÿche album. It's the one I've been pulling out mostly these last few years.

Faith No More – King For A Day Fool For A Lifetime on 2nd hand CD.
