I'm really enjoying this album the last few days, multiple listens per day which is rare for me these days...

Upcoming 7" from a band called Agartha via Sarlacc. Pure time-machine early 80s NWOBHM, so authentic the reverb sounds like the walls of the studio/bedroom (?) were woodchipped:

This is killer. Though I don't think its really like them at all, I have a real urge to listen to Genocide Shrines after.

Ya, I wouldn't hear GS in it but they are indeed class as well.

This is new to me:

Enjoyed this as well. Guy from Desolation Realm, which is great Timeghoul worship if anyone missed it.

A new ep up on that bandcamp. Had forgotten all about them but another solid release.

Liked the first one but this sounds brilliant, first track has some great ideas.

I only discovered this epic medieval black metal release from 2019 back in September. It really has its' hooks on me since.

Have you heard of Paydretz? One of the Véhémence members is in this band.

I hadn't paid attention to them on the same label but thanks for the heads up. Currently up to track 5 of 14, it's well varied to say the least!! Reminds me of trad sounds from Brittany in places. I'll delve into this some more, sound

I thought bandcamp Fridays were finished but there's one on next Friday anyway.
