I think Chat Pile are great, and I fucking hate Korn, but yeah the Korn influences are there alright. That said, I'm eagerly awaiting Cool World. Only caught this yesterday, it's absolutely class and there are definite Korn elements there but I'm hearing more Helmet tbh.

That's a fuckin class song but I have to say it really does sound like something from the first Cold album with that melodic guitar sound and those vocals. I had to leave it off after a couple of listens not to ruin it for the album and I'm very much looking forward to that. Video is brilliant too

I was at that gig with Dillinger. Both bands were savage. Rabies Caste opened who were getting some media attention back then but I remember being disappointed by them. All I can remember now is the singer screaming out the corner of his mouth which looked weird

Saw them in 03 in France but not in Dublin. They were savage anyway and delighted I got to see it.
