Aggressive Perfector - Come Creeping Fiends

Boris - "Heavy Rocks" (2002)

Boris - "Heavy Rocks" (2022)

Back to back.  2002 version still my favourite, 2011 close.  2022 not overly fussed with, it's fine but they have way better albums overall, I wouldn't reach for it.  Have listened to 2002 a couple of times in the last few days, it is particularly hitting the spot.  Always enjoyed it but go through phases of having it on loop and then not touching it for years.

[Anvil]

Hyena / RisingFall - Heavy Metal Heroes
Whirlwind - 1640  (not often I am disappointed with a Dying Victims release, but this is one).
Rippikoulu - Mustard Seremonia
Darkthrone - Pre-Historic Metal
Warning - Rituals of Shame
Drudkh  - Thaw
Megadeth - Rust in Peace

[Naraka]

Verminous Serpent - The Malign Covenant

Verminous Serpent - The Malign Covenant

Tis a durty beast of an album. Gets better with every listen

[Black Shepherd Carnage]

Devilgroth - Morena
Emptiness - Nowhere Speaks
Burzum - Hvis Lyset Tar Oss

Hankering for the sound of Inquisition after all that tbh, but I think I just can't abstract away yer man's grubby patheticness to properly enjoy it. What band most closely sounds like Inquisition??

[OpenSores]

Sépulcre - Cryptic Temple of Otherworldly Abhorrations (this is very tasty indeed)
