Wasn't quite the typical end of season fare, the two red cards were bizarre. Moylan seems to be a decent proposition but last night showed he may have a touch of the Mcclean's about him. But delivery good and made a great nuisance of himself in the box.

Really impressed with Umeh's cameo - if things click for that lad could be a serious player for Ireland.

Gig was only ok I think. The static nature of guitarist and bassist really drags any excitement levels down.

I'd agree. It's all gold for me between the Debut up to Seventh Son. But on all those records except Somewhere there's at least one clanger present that prevents the album being 10/10 e.g Losfer Words, Invaders

Sub Drummer too 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Awful case from Blanch there. Will these two little scrotes even do a 5 year stretch?

Didn't mind the gigs - it was fun seeing that stuff live and they did a good job but this is horseshit

You are 100% Correct - Mike Got Spiked supporting Anthrax. Fucking dreadful mismatch. MGS were the equivalent of listening to morning time radio banter, "It's such an honour to support Anthrax" when you know none of them had heard of them until that afternoon when they got the call to do the gig

Yep, cracking album. I think the one before it Close To A World Below might be my favourite but as you say it's a tough discography to separate out.

Landed a little belatedly there on Friday. A solid if unspectacular effort, they're sounding a little clean and predictable these days. One or two belters for sure but I miss the filth and the chaos of the earlier to mid period albums.

It's shit, not worth waiting ten years for and there's already a thread on it.

Can't agree with that comparison - think it sounds like a leftover from Persistence

Full track up. Like lots of bits from better Anthrax songs cobbled together. That intro is one of the most annoying things I've heard in a long time
