Was at a few shows in the Ambassador Downs first Irish gig in 06 and then again in 08, Hatebreed, Audioslave, Machine Head, Dirty Sanchez and Slayer. It was a great venue in the perfect location.

Why did they stop doing the metal gigs?

Was it not turned into some sort of theatre for exhibits and they stopped doing all types of gigs?

It was down to the noiseand the smoking area complaints from the hospital so standing gigs are a no go.

It's a shame as it was fucking outstanding for gigs.

A cheapo find, had not seen in full before. Total 80s sleazeball cinema, almost a giallo movie but not quite.

There's certainly a touch of 80s giallo to it for sure.
Got the 4k remastered version a while back and it's a great looking movie. It's a shame that we'll never get to see the original more violent cut.

One thing that Rockstar are great at is putting the brakes on, they don't want folks getting to the third act in the first day. Hardware limitations was a reason from 1-IV, but nailed it on V and by the time you got the RDR2 you had young wans bitching about the start of it being too slow as COD/Fortnite had fucked attention.

CDPR figured it out with Witcher 3 & Cyberpunk too. Take your time, get your money's worth.

Haven't had the chance to check it out, definitely looking forward to it and have it ordered. Think the only thing that's got me a bit worried is there's a lot of key folks at Rockstar that left since V & RDR2 that might affect some of the old magic. But if I knock 100+ hours out of it I'll be happy.

Replayed V as they made the next gen up date free and it's still great, although once you get to Trevor you see how poor the writing/performance was for Michael & Franklin.

I'd take Chimaira over them any day of the week to be honest, they just reek of teen angst to me. Chimaira had a bit of oomph to them at least, Tbe Impossility Of Reason is a decent enough album.
