Couldn't resist, here is the next opener for iron maidens next album
Verse 1
Sirens wail in the dead of night,
Misfits march under neon light,
Badges shining, but they don't obey,
Chaos rising in blue and grey.
Guns misfire and the captain screams,
Nothing here is as it seems,
From the streets to the academy halls,
Anarchy echoes through the walls.
Verse 2
Engines roar but they lose control,
Laughter burns through every role,
Rules are broken, lines erased,
Justice runs in a frantic chase.
From prank to riot, the madness grows,
Who's the hero? No one knows,
Yet in the storm, they stand somehow,
The worst of the worst... defending now!
Chorus
Ride out! Ride out! The sirens cry tonight!
Lawless legion, but they still fight!
Wild hearts in uniform they stand—
Police Academy, out of command!

Must be the only person who likes No Prayer for the Dying. An album full of B material.

How much is all blow and bluffing though?
Even if it is, there must be members of the GOP wondering how did it ever come to this.

Regarding the "old stuff is so much better, new stuff is shit", I remember Harris saying something to the effect of of course they're not as good. Whenever you're hearing the old albums you're thinking back to when you were younger, the adventures you had, the mates you had, the girl you were seeing at the time, and he can't compete with memories.
Sometimes I think younger fans who consume the albums at once and are not blinded by nostalgia, have perhaps a more trusted view than the proper old school fans.
Regarding Edfest, I'd love to go and would have made it if it weren't for being older with family and other grown up commitments. The last time I saw them was at Belfast 2022 for the 13th time. And unless there's a Belfast gig again, it may be the last unfortunately

It's in essence a rock festival for wrestling fans, there was even wrestling show in the campsite the last one I went to years ago. This is just the natural evolution of that.
2019 I think was the last one that the bill almost tempted me back but passed on it in the end.
That was the 2016. The weather was absolutely atrocious that weekend to the point people were leaving.
Never got to see the wrestling myself, was bunged out, probably due to people trying to get out of the rain

Question is, in these videos and songs, how much human interaction is involved and needed?

Huntley has finally bitten the dust. Can't imagine anyone being upset apart from not suffering longer.
