"Untold Indignities" was part of his message on the walls I beleieve. Some builder might throw it up on donedeal.ie whenever the place is being done up/demolished.
Would be a good name for a band also  ;D

To be fair Londoleatherboy, I've picked up some records in HMV Cork for very good prices, it's just the pricing approach doesn't make sense. All the Relapse stuff seems to be €24, so I've picked up some Incantation and Exhumed there in the last few weeks.

I also picked up Angelwitch, Paradise Lost and other CD's for under a tenner. Some CD prices then make no sense either. €14 for recent releases by Wormrot and the like were very reasonable also.

John's prices in Bunker can be crazy at €30/€35 for no discernible reason to me. He's a pure spoofer for ordering stuff for you and I and others have given up on him as a result. Head over to 33rpm and the Invictus stuff is way cheaper there also.

Ha, I have no issue with IT training, but strangely enough I have a serious issue where they insist on using our personal time for it! Schedule it on company time, not my time. I like the idea of mandatory training for failing simple tests

Wardy, I'm sorry but your filing system is mental! I find sorting by the number of tracks on an album much easier.

"Lunch and Learn" - where the fuck did this nonsense come from?

An IT langball in our office introduced it first so we could all "learn" about phishing etc.
It was expected that everyone in the office turn up for it, on our time like, really???  FUCK RIGHT OFF YOU IT CUNT! Big wigs came around the floor to check that everyone was heading to the canteen for it.This is not what Connolly fought for! I was the only person that didn't go to. No thanks, my lunch break is my lunch break

That was months ago. But they did another this week via Teams. Again, fuck right off!

Times definitely "subject to change"!

Thanks for the heads up Caladan, good stuff. I couldn't make MBR last time, so it's a nice bonus to be able to catch them with Fulci. I'd prefer if it was Keygen Church instead of MBR but happy anyway with that.

I was dreading the "MBR x Fulci" as it was like their rap mash up's but from their website it looks like they're just playing their own individual sets hopefully.

I have no idea of the 3rd band, I must check them out.

Hmm, I must get around to this, waiting on the LP in the post. I really liked the first track released this year, then I saw a link for Kraken and I thought that was a stand aline track just for the film as it was so different. I saw the track list during the week though and I was wondering WTF. Hard to see that flowing in the middle of an album.

Edit: I thought Living the Dead was a stand-alone track also as a collaboration. That and Kraken seem so far removed from the "Flammen" and "From these Woods" tracks, it must be a bit disjointed?

A very good album

I don't think they ever toured outside of North America

Which other album is worth checking out?

4: The Green Album would be my fave. A fee of them are on special on bandcamp at the moment.

I just noticed RTÉ might be trolling the mother there by mis-gendering her in the link??

Angry Metal Guy is my go to the past few years. Toilet of Hell and Invisible Oranages were checked for a while but they were crap in comparison.

Check out some releases from Transcending Obscurity on bandcamp as they include blurbs from all the review websites they use, so you'll surely get a good few leads there.

BTR for me, followed very closely by Arise. Depends on the mood really.

Thoughts of Chaos AD and Roots made me shudder at this stage. Chaos I could take at the time, but Roots was a deal breaker.

I still haven't gotten around to listening to Derrick era Sepultura, despite meaning to for a while now, but it's probably down to post-traumatic Roots disorder. Quandra and Dante seem to be the ones to check out I guess.
