Not a fan of either but is this a one off or could it be the start of having metal gigs here every once in a while?

Seems like it'd be a cool venue for gigs or even one day festivals.

It has the potential to be one of the best venue's in Ireland,Dolans have it organised really well,the only issue is that they have played it safe with the acts there the last few years-Bell X1 played there about 20 times,same with the coronas and imelda may.About time something less pedestrian has a chance there.

They use it for gigs on a semi regular basis. It's a pretty amazing setting but as pointed out above, up till now it was much more middle of the road acts that have played there.

Can't wait for this to happen. It's going to be quite the show!

Well I live in Ennis and spent my youth traipsing up and down on busses and trains and later driving (and still do ) to gigs in Dublin, never had to take 2 days off to go to an evening gig though!

Bought my tickets on the Dolans website and there wasn't a single extra charge, fair play to them!

Don't even think you need to collect it from Dolans, just print out the booking (or the attachment) and bring it along

Yeah, you can print it out or just have it on your phone for them to scan. No hassle at all and save at least 2 pints worth in the process.
