Ya, first one for sure. Second one was cool but never felt the need to go back to it in the last 20 years or so and never checked out anything after it bar the odd tune.

II was the first one I heard so it has that nostalgia pull for me, although Nola is the better album, and I'd still have a lot of time for Over the Under, although it's more hit and miss. Never listened to the EPs

Diary of a Mad Band is one of the worst live albums I've ever heard

That live album is awful shite. More out of tune than in tune.
I like Down 3 bit the eps are forgettable.
That second single they released is definitely a grower so I'm pleased about that.

NOLA is a classic. Bustle is middling with one or two whoppers. Over The Under is dogshit.

Anselmo's vocals from Far Beyond Driven / NOLA ('94) until Over The Under ('07) were shit, and wrecked everyting he was involved with in that period.

Quite a lot of what he appeared on outside of that window was also crap (Superjoint Ritual, The Illegals, etc.) He's been good on a small amount of releases but on most of them he's been the junkie weak link.

Every 'main band' that the NOLA line up have been involved with have made better albums, before and after that one.

The Illegals stuff is shit. All The Scour stuff is very good and on Over The Under he sounds brilliant.

The Superjoint stuff is hit and miss. His voice is blown, alcohol, drugs and h thinking he can scream, roar and rant with zero consequences on his voice.

Nola however is pure sexual power.

Scour, is that the death metal one, or am I thinking of another project? Total and utter fucking scour is all it is... cuntish stuff.

A lot of his side quests are scutter. I've picked up albums hear and there if they're on the cheap and never return to any of them.

The first 2 Superjoint albums are classics the best thing Phil has done outside of Pantera. 3rd one was good but not on the same level as the first 2.

Edit: I am looking for the grey self titled Scour 10" any colour so if any of the anti Anselmo crowd on here has it and wants to get rid of it contact me.

Death grind type stuff but yes, shite.

Cuntishly good , that's the one.

Superjoint is alright, could probably make one really good album between everything they've put out. The Illegals stuff is pure muck

The En Minor one he did is pretty decent, his gravelly vocals work well for that style

The second Superjoint is a terrible record. Phil in full blown Somas/Oxy/Booze addiction. But it did give us that brilliant homage to the Cronos stage banter tape.
