Was a huge fan of their 90s output. In The Arms Of God is decent too.
All I've heard on this one is the first single and that's enough. The last album was piss weak so the new single showed that the rot is complete.

The s/t was the last decent thing they put out, and that was a fair while ago now. Zero interest in this one, the single was so poor.

Fuck sake, I was pulling the trigger on this blind(!) tomorrow  :-\

Well, a case of lowered expectations, thanx boys, but I'm quite liking it, that loose organic feel,  certainly the first half has kept me engaged, the second half meanders and gets a bit bluesy bar room for me, telling maybe that my discman (yep) has inexplicably refused to play the last two tracks this evening...like it's saying yeah enough of that . It'll be getting more spins.

Been playing Blind a few times recently, and I can justifiably say that, at 35 years old.... it has aged remarkably well. Love it...

Blind was my intro to these guys, its a masterpiece and their peak for me. Reeds drumming is so great - it makes the album.  Deliverance was also excellent, but i lost touch with them after that til AVD came out and that had a few great songs on it but since then it's been pretty bland for me (and thats 20yrs now, christ...)

Yip, agreed, the early period is great, although admittedly I do indulge in Wiseblood and Volume Dealer when the mood takes me. The new one, I like a few tracks...there is something about Swallowing the Anchor for example that's cool. Otherwise nah, little too bloated for me.
