Mine is probably Seventh Son, I could pick other albums I think I'll never get sick of but this one has been the most consistent in my life since I started listening to metal.

If you're going to a desert island then bring Beloved Antichrist by Therion. It's a 3 hour rock opera that will fulfil all your metal and sexual needs.
