I fail to see what that has to do with anything. On the album I wrote 2 full songs alone,Brendan wrote 3, and 2 were cowritten between the pair of us, so my involvement isn't necessary for that band to continue by any means.

Ok so. I look forward to hearing the album.

Bit off topic but are Slave Zero still going? Found a copy of their last ep the other day and forgot how good it was. They didn't even really gig it if I remember right so I'm assuming they're finished up?

Listened to the stream of the new Zealot Cult a fee times since it was put up online.  Really savage stuff, and going off the last gig they had on here in Limerick, it's immense live.

Yep, new Zealot Cult is savage

According to their Facebook page they are working on new songs.

Waiting for the Moonfog reformation.

JD is way better than that ;)A Misanthropy or Crypt reunion on the other hand...

Geasa 'Starside' line-up reunion ;)

The Sacrilegia album is going to really surprise people, I think.  It's a short,  sharp burst of savagery with incredibly advanced song writing.  To think the lads were only supposed to record a demo...

The Sacrilegia sounds like it'll be very cool. Looking forward to it coming out.

With you on Starside era Geasa, probably my favourite demo to ever come out of Ireland including the great Mourning Beloveth and Primordial demos. Brian was a great BM vocalist.

Yeah it's fantastic.  I'd love to see it get a nice vinyl release.  As for the MB demos,  I loved the self titled one (or was it called Burden?) but the Autumnal Fires demo never got much play from me.  It always sounded to me like one of the guitars was out of tune.  I must revisit it as the song Autumnal Fires is one of their finest and see if I can sit through it.

Bring back Primal Dawn I say

Zealot was a cool release and they were really beginning to develop into something interesting.  It would have been cool to see where they went next.  I can't see Paddy playing death metal again though,  unfortunately.

Yeah, I think Paddy's death metal days are behind him, they were cool towards the end both with Zealot and live.

Bollocks to that. Leave his guitar on a squat rack along with a leotard and a Benediction LP and the whole thing will sort itself out

Primal Dawn!,a name i havent heard mentioned in a long time!.They had some cracking tunes, played some really good gigs in Cork years back.
