not sure about that lad. I asked to switch my seats to standing and they gave me this absolute bullshit about how they can't swap seating for standing unless it is the same price or lower which they are not

I got the same spiel last month when I emailed their customer service but yesterday I got an email asking if I wanted to swap.

Well the new seats finally showing on my Ticketmaster account now. Opted to keep seats and got moved from block D to a fair few rows back in block F.

Not really many bad seats in 3 arena but still defeats the purpose of logging on early/paying extra for the better seats.
