I just watched the first two episodes of Black Rabbit. Still not thoroughly convinced about Jason Bateman as an actor, but so far it's less terrible than Ozark. In fact, so far it's infinitely better. Let's see where it goes... somehow there is still the vague bang of shite off it, but it might be the mental wounds left by watching half of Ozark before finally seeing sense and turning it off.

Episode 2 is a winner too. I think there's just one more to go.

Been watching the new season of The Boys. It's not as good as before, but still very entertaining. It's been funny watching all the right-leaning people online slowly start to realize Homelander has been the bad guy all along. Despite how on the nose they are though, I still think most of the themes and references will go over their head.

The timing of the Homelander is Jesus episode with the Trump is Jesus meme was absolutely impeccable.

I remember The Onion at one point just started to print the real headlines about Trump because no satirical headline they could make up could be as ridiculous. I still can't quite believe this is real life.
