Forgive me, Father etc.

Haven't seen this before on the old forum or the new. A place for those random confessions of things that one doesn't necessarily want to stand over. Any subject of course.

I'll go first: I watched the Limp Bizkit set at Lollapalooza the other day and I liked it. I found it very entertaining. I feel pretty bad about it so hopefully The Lord will forgive the transgression.

A light enough sin to start with, but sure yeah

Like having a box of chicken nuggets from maccers he is cheap and you feel awful afterwards but you'll listen once in a while.  Few tracks are good for nostalgia.

Seen em in the Olympia back in 2010. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would, it was honestly one of the best gigs I've ever been too, and I was pretty much sober throughout. Crowd was absolutely buzzing and they played a decent set. I'd say that plastic pint of Guinness that Fred had brought up to the stage tasted like fucking muck tho.

Oh christ, just reading this has put Break Stuff back in my head again. Took me an entire day to get rid of it after watching the Woodstock doc!!

This hour long mtv live special at the Playboy mansion party from around 2000 has its moments.

Boiler is a good tune as well.

A long long time ago, I used to really like The Brand New Heavies.

Only while Siedah sang with them mind you

Once upon a time, Sum 41 were one of the heaviest bands I'd ever heard. I went to one of their gigs, realised they were shit and never listened to them again

They actually have a song that rips off Battery by Metallica, it's better than what Metallica were actually doing in the early 2000's tbf .

Louis CK style or discrete??

Discrete. You have to have a bit of decorum with these things.

Left Cannibal Corpse at Hellfest to see Limp Bizkit as I was into Bizkit as a young fella. And I liked them and am not a bit ashamed of it. Corpse were deadly too.

Had a wank on a bus once.

Who, you or Fred? I'm not surprised at either answer.

Had a wank on a bus once.

Used to work with a fella who had a little portable DVD player and would get the bus back from Dublin to Carlow every evening and pull himself blind on the way home. He had no bother admitting it either, but then again he used to be hopping off the charlie every day in the office jacks as well so I suppose that's a mitigating factor...
