I was sorry to hear of the death of David in the past few days. He was a gentleman on any occasion I met him and a true talent. The music he made will live on, and it's fair to say that Graveyard Dirt have written some sublime and timeless songs over the past few decades. I wonder what this means for the band. A quick glance at their Facebook page tells me they have an album written. Was he still a member when he died or was he out of the band? Didn't he leave and return some years ago, or maybe I'm making that up...

I think a GD binge is well overdue.

RIP to the man and condolences to his family and friends.

He was gone from GD a good while back, last I heard. Hadn't Heard if he had rejoined.
He wasn't in the lineup that released 'My Scourge, Your Plague' anyway, as far as I'm aware.

Ahhh. I thought he left and returned in that time. I had a listen to Effa Lente- a song from the second album- and while the music sounds good I'm not gone on the vocals.

Yeah! The second EL album was an odd one. More a collaboration effort.

Also didn't know there were two Effa Lente albums. First one is class
