Music video for "i" from new European Drought LP, "Powers, Principalities, Thrones, and Dominions." Featuring Gorgons Alter, DUBHLOCH & Catacombs of Doom (Experimental dark ambient, black/death/doom metal).

The music for this first song on the album was created by European Drought & Gorgons Alter. Vocals, mastering and music video by Shane Reilly (DUBHLOCH). The video is based on the LP artwork. The artwork was edited by Ian John Coughlan. Original image taken from Gustave Doré's Illustrations for Dante's Divine Comedy:

"Powers, Principalities, Thrones, and Dominions." will be released on physical format (CDs first, then tapes shortly afterwards) on May 1st by the record label Black Death Industry Production.

I like this. The vocals don't suit the music at all, they're quite intrusive TBH but if this was purely instrumental or had harsh BM vocals it'd be a different animal.

I enjoyed the dark ambient intro a lot, do more of that please.

Cheers for the interest and the feedback. Could you give an example of the type of harsh BM vocals you were thinking of please? i.e. BM singers.
We will be collaborating again with a similar vocal style. Might be worth considering varying styles however. You're the first person to comment on the vocals being intrusive and not suiting the music. Interesting to get feedback from different angles though so thanks for taking the time to listen and comment.
