After having heard a lot of The Body's collaborations with Full of Hell, Thou and others I was wondering if you all knew of other collaboration albums that stood out for you? ... For the right or wrong reason

The Cult of Luna / Julie Christmas collaboration stands out for me as a recent example. I found that COL got fairly tedious after the first two or three albums, so this pairing definitely reinvigorated them.

Still have not heard that COL and Christmas album.

The Full of Hell one with Merzbow was the same as the one he did in Boris. No real contribution just some whirring and squeaking underneath the guitars.

Also that reminds me I should check out the Boris one with Sunn again.

Yeah but love it or hate it at least on his albums you can hear what he's doing or attempting to do.

On collaboration albums with metal bands it's practically drowned out
