I can't put up a link but my favourite on YouTube would be Simon @ Explosive Action ( Australia) , I could listen to him talk about Metal (mostly the extreme stuff) all day . He has a whole converted garage to house his music and movies collection.

Requiem Metal Podcast is pretty much the best thing going when it comes to the podcast side of things.
As for YouTube, Banger Tv is alright depending on who's reviewing the records. Metal School is a great channel too.
