Not the greatest Doom Metal fan here, but this is really hitting the spot! Biggest surprise is it being released by IRON BONEHEAD of all labels.

This sounds superb. I really like the vocals even though I can see them possibly turning some folk off.

This is going to sound weird,  but there's a certain lilt to the singer's delivery,  or some other quality, that puts me in mind of Shane McGowan.

I just gave one of their earlier EPs a listen and there seems to be quite a strong Nick Cave influence throughout.

This is a great find. I see where you're coming from McLove, could have sworn the singer was Irish.

Cool tune alright. I can't here himself in it but I thought maybe the riffs have a slightly Irish twinge or something.

Usually works out well when black/death metal labels release the odd Doom album too. Like Dark Descent did with Crypt Sermon and Anguish.

I just listened to the entire first album on bandcamp. This is exactly the type of doom that works for me. Seeing as I have an extra couple of weeks in Ireland now I'm going to order the back catalogue. So tempted to do the dog on it and get the CD and LPs but I think I'll rein myself in and just get the CDs. I think the dude's vocals are fantastic. Gritty, a bit loose and wobbly in places perhaps, but full of identity. Gimme, gimme, gimme!

Edit. I ordered the three albums on CD.  No mercy!

This is good stuff. It's the same kind of Irish twang from a non-Irish person that the singer from Cult of Youth has.
