Death Relapse Reissues

Quick question here. Do all the Death Relapse reissues come with slip cases? I got Individual Thought Patterns through the door today with no slip case. All the previous albums all have slip cases with the raised artwork which i love.

Only Relapse reissue I have is the double CD edition of Human and yeah, has a slipcase for sure.

I have the first four (2-disc versions), they all do.

Did a bit of digging online. Seems U.S. versions came with no slip case. Japan versions had the slip cases. Annoying as fuck.

Have everything up to 'Human', got them through amazon a while back, all with slip cases.
