When you post photos of your CDS and TAPES : Insert flyers !

Many guys post photos of CDs or tapes they are listening to, on facebook or instagram...
If these peoples would insert a flyer in the corner of the photos, each time, it would spread the infos! It would support small bands and labels! It would perpetuate the old spirit of the underground flyers, in a more modern way!

You won't insert the flyers in an envelope, but on a photo... It's easy, and costs nothing :-)
It would also look cooler: More infos and metal stuffs on a single picture!

If many peoples do that, it could even turn into a nice game: Hunting the flyers hiding on the photos... The game could even go further: You can also tag the bands and labels on the photos, they would know peoples support them and it would be nice...

Think about it! When you post a photo of a CD or tape, or vynil,
Put a flyer in a corner! SUPPORT THE UNDERGROUND!

SUPPORT THE UNDERGROUND!

The underground will die a miserable death before I go on Facebook or Instagram. Do people really post pictures of CDs? I though it was just so they could post a picture of their expensive record player with a "LOOK AT ME, I LISTEN TO THE VINYLS!" self-congratulatory vibe?

Your way off if you think its like that (obviously your going to get the odd 'look how great my collection is'),places like this are dead with years, social media has taken over album/gig  chatter  a long time now.

That has been as clear as day for years, long into the mists of MI, but the strength of a forum is hearing from people who disagree with you and have wildly different tastes to your own. That's how you get exposed to new and different things. That's why I'm here and I stand by my previous post  :)

But thats how its been on social media (from a metal interaction point of view) for years now.The traffic and chatter is much larger on social media,so your exposed to so much more debate, album recommendations, gig chat etc.
Social media has changed with the times too,its not all about people sharing photos of their dinners and cats.
