I've been singing the two lines 'squeeze me macaroni, slap your face with my bologna' for nearly 30 year never knowing where it came from. Checked out the song. Very annoying music.

I think we can all agree that "Ronald McDonald just loves to be fondled/with Big Mac he'll fuck it like a chicken McNugget" is the superior line in that song.

Every line is the superior line in that song

Big "Cop Shoot Cop" fan, 2 bass players and keyboard, my personal favourite

Very good call on that tune and on Budgie in general  :abbath:

Colonel Sanders wants to goose granny's loose caboose, gonna give her a boost with that Kentucky fried juice

The bass playing in Cry of the Banshee by Brocas Helm. The bass across that album (Defenders of the Crown) is savage, in fact.

Ozzy - No More Tears

Nice & simple opening, that continues for a good bit through the song

The best bit of that is how the little cowbell/block comes in clacking away at full pelt at the same time as that line, it is immaculate, makes the whole thing fifty times more ridiculous in one move.

Since the band have their own thread elsewhere, this one def needs some JPJ, for me the most accomplished musician in Zeppelin, every song a masterclass in knowing how to balance foundation and flash:

Also, from Vengeance Rising, great bass intro but also killer wee run at 2:57 which I was obsessed with as a teenager:
