Very sad, always loved his vocals few tunes this evening I'd say, celebrate his life.

Just about to stick on Gardens of Grief.

Jesus that's no age to go. Onto a wee discography run.

They were one of the first bands I got into as a teenager. Poor man and his family. Cancer is a bastard

Terrible news - he seemed like a good dude by all accounts. I got into a few of his other bands over the years as well as ATG - one of the great metal vocalists for me.

ATG never did anything for me. Close but no cigar on a few occasions. Difear are great though. Met him once without knowing it was him, pretty sure he said he sang in Grotesque when I asked did he play music. Clocked it then. Nice fella.

I'm seeing the record they made "The Fever Mask" Slated for release Feb 20?

That's the single I think. Album is going to be called The Ghost Of A Future Dead going by the socials.

Cool, wasn't clear from the post I seen. Great news all the same

Nice they got to record one last album with Tomas.
Wonder if they will call it quits as hell be hard to replace in the band.

I'd say for a lot of people it'd be a case of no Tompa, no ATG.

Gave the new single a go there, it's very Slaughter, and immediate.

I can see them doing a one off farewell/tribute gig kinda like what Nasum did.

Cool track.
Interview with Jonas from ATG.

If ye haven't checked it out yet Requiem Metal Podcast did a two part 10 hour tribute to Tompa, covers all the bands, features and there's interviews with friends, tourmates etc.
