It is. Personally I rate The Sullen Sulcus as highly as Dust, but they're sonically very different, so it's easy to understand someone preferring one or the other.

I've probably spent more time with '...Circus' than any of their other ones so I'd have to say it's my default favourite.  As someone who's not in and out of studios or playing in bands  like a lot of ye I wouldn't notice mixes and productions all that much .Hell of a discography to choose from though.

Dust and Sullen Sulcus are dependent on the day a lot of the time for me but certainly my favourites. Revisiting AMC here. The production is weird enough but plenty of amazing moments. Without question my least listened to MB record and it has an overall colder, chuggier feel which maybe the reason I didn't go back to it as much but it's hitting now anyway so no harm, no foul.

Incredible back catalogue.
