On the 15th of October 2022 Sentinel Records will return to Temple Bar, Dublin with a physical store.
We will be sharing space with our friends at Absys Records and although specialising in rock/metal and dance music respectively we will be expanding  into most genres.

Punk/hardcore/goth/post-punk/80's/ska/reggae/blues/ soul/funk/hip hop and soundtracks amongst others will be catered for over the coming months. Both new & second hand and of course we are looking to buy collections too.

The shop is situated in the basement of Bedford Stuy Barbers, 1 Cope Street, Dublin 2 behind the old Central Bank now Central Plaza.
Please bear with us, the shop is very much a work in progress and we have a lot more planned.

See you Saturday!

That's great news. Best of luck with it, Scobes. I was only talking about Into the Void the other day and saying what a loss it was to the Dublin scene when it closed.

Great to have it back. Once more within shouting distance of the foggy.

Well done lad! I'm almost never in Dublin, but good to know it's there.

Great news for metal and Dublin! All the best with it man  :abbath:

Fair play for going again. Best of luck with it all.

Good stuff. Many a purchase in the old shop was made. I'll venture up at some stage for a gander. Good news this!

Great news. Work brings me into Dublin city at least once a week so I'm looking forward to a browse. Hope this is a success, probably a good time to relaunch with the resurgence in vinyl popularity.

Just after reading that the Sentinel shop will be gone again after this weekend. Something to do with the lease suppose to have been up during the summer but this was brought forward without any warning. Shame always went in and tried to get stuff while I was in Dublin.

Anyone know if he's closing the web store too? I got most stuff from there.

That'll be closed for a few weeks while he sorts everything out but it'll be back up.

Shit buzz, was good to have a proper metal shop in the city centre, will have to try and pop in once more before they close on Saturday.
