If you find yourself slagging off strangers on the internet for being overweight, you should probably ask yourself what's motivating you to do so.

Also, doesn't matter whether the overweight person in question will ever read these messages, their actual purpose is to put any and all overweight people that might read them in their place for make great benefit low self esteem of the commenter.

Jesus fucking Christ,  give me a break.  You've been reading too much nonsensical Antifa literature,  man

Triggered!

General Discussion / Re: Getting merch done

Thanks everyone. Interesting how much cheaper the UK providers (of all sizes) are than their Irish and continental counterparts. Brexit might put an end to that though with the potential for new customs charges and the like.

I've been researching options for getting t-shirts screen printed recently because my usual/preferred providers aren't available at the moment and thought I'd share my findings whilst also soliciting further information from everyone here.

Best value in descending order (only mentioning 3 of the 10 or so providers i contacted as the rest were significantly more expensive):
- Heck Press (UK): https://www.facebook.com/HeckPress/
- Pins N Knuckles (UK): http://www.pinsandknucklesmerch.com/
- Volcano Screen Prints (UK): https://www.volcanoscreenprints.com

Heck Press (already the best of the bunch) gets extra points for deep connections to, and sterling reputation within, the Irish scene. The only reason I'm exploring other options is that she's out of action over autumn/winter 2019 for family reasons.

I believe Tom (Killer Screen Prints) in Galway is no longer available and I couldn't find any other Irish option worth recommending (which is probably why UK-based Heck Press is so popular with everyone these days). Neither have I found any continental options worth recommending.

Anyway, with Brexit looming and the potential for new customs/import duty denting the appeal of the UK-based providers above, can anyone recommend any EU options for merch?

For patches, https://www.facebook.com/ukrpatcher/ has no competition worth mentioning as far as  I'm aware.

Great show, had a festival vibe to it, but without the mud and crazy queues for booze. Production values were amazing as were the bands and venue. Felt like Christmas with all the Limerick people that travelled home from all over Ireland just to be at it.

Assuming it's financially viable, would love to see this become an annual event. A sellout next time might be a realistic prospect given the buzz/goodwill this one has generated. People were on cloud 9 last night.

Would Limerick be too far a trek?

I emailed ticketmaster looking for a refund, but I got a generic response along the lines of "not entitled to a refund as tickets were purchased more than 72 hours previously".

Will it be easier to get a refund once a rescheduled date is announced?
