Cool gig. Really liked that venue and cosy pub downstairs. Nice ole hangout for the cork metalheads. Fair play to the DJ banging out Bathory and Mercyful Fate beforehand at full volume.

Yeah, same. They're fine and fit a certain niche well. That audience jumping along in Manchester was insane. Compare that with Helheim playing the deadly Jormundgand at Beyond the gates. Sacks of dead spuds in that crowd. So depressing to look at. At least Oasis is a good day out.

First track off Steineiche just ripped my face off. Vocals are like a whistling artic wind. Its in the same bracket as the Fleurety EP vocalist. Totally into this type of production and drum sound so a nice start.

Thanks, Ill check out Darkspace too and will probably end up at that interview after becoming a fan by the end of Steineiche haha. The atmosphere is excellent.

Reek of Putrefaction is considered their worst (or is it Swansong?) but it's my favourite. At least Swansong wasn't disowned by the band. Never bothered bar once listening to Surgical Steel but it seems to be good according to ye so ill try it again.

I hope you make the drummer play the 15 minute Amongst the Swarms of Vermin at the Lost lane gig haha. Probably my fav so far after Eroded into superstition but its a lot to digest so ill let it bludgeon me whilst driving around Connacht this week.

I'm very intrigued by this run of I-X demo's that apparently has an interlinked story of a journey that runs through them. The aesthetic is so fitting and engrossing before i've even jumped in.

I missed the boat with them (him) a few years ago when the name kept popping up but never bothered as i was into the more abrasive black death murk that was prevalent. I've been coming around to Evilfeast so that lead naturally to Paysage d'Hiver.

Many fans of these demo's (9.5 hours) on here?
