The new Jon Nödtveidt and Chuck Schuldiner bios just arrived. Has anyone given them a read yet? I'm not sure what to expect from the Nödtveidt book, I can see it either being very interesting or a bunch of edgy garbage.

Keep us updated with how it goes, I think there's a lot of people on here toying with picking it up. It was really expensive though from what I remember?

£40 plus shipping from Cult Never Dies. It's more than I'd have liked to have paid but I always found the whole thing fairly interesting so I figured it might be worth the gamble.

Hopefully by the time I've finished it I'll  at least understand what "anti cosmic metal of death" is supposed to mean.

I've been twice. It's an interesting festival which makes itself stand out by booking lots of exclusives.

The dead internet theory stops being theoretical when you see something like this. 49 million accounts and that's only from a single bot farm. It only takes 20 of these setups over the world and you've got almost 1 billion accounts posting shit everywhere

I think at first I was well up for this, Black Sabbath and a few decent supports? Nice. But the way everything is phrased sounds like it will be a bit of a revolving door of people getting up with Sabbath and playing (singing?) tunes with them, which sounds tedious

I'm expecting something like MTV Icon which gave us this beautiful set list when it was celebrating Metallica

I'm currently running a homemade Swollen Pickle on bass. I have it set at fairly low gain so it's almost a clean tone but it gives an insane amount of low end rumble.
