I've quite enjoyed both nights, first night had more songs that bore me to death though.
However, after seeing Iron Maiden in Paris on Monday, Metallica seems as an amateur hour fucking around in a garage sound and playing/singing wise.
Dirty Old Town on the second night sounded quite cool, I've enjoyed it. Guess it worked well because sounding as 2 drunks having a go at it fits the nature of this tune.

4 seating tickets for Paris are in the bag. I'd prefer standing, but guess seating is more reasonable, considering I'll be going with a teenage daughter and 12 year old son.
I'd rather see them indoors and in civilisation. You can rent a car and get some cheap accomodation on the edges of Paris for the money you have to pay for a bloody tent in Knebworth.

I wouldn't be sure my kids even know who Donald Duck is. But I do love all that stuff. Am not sure what do they even have at the Disney world right now. Probably a lot of stuff I don't even know about.
But a visit to Louvre, Notre Dame, Palais Garnier and a boat ride on Seine are in the itinerary.

Seems like shit has hit the fan. 2 seated tickets for sale. 500E each. Section P3 Row 00 Seats 227 and 236. Ticketmaster transfer.

I've gotten 2 seating tickets for 700E both. It is a lot of money and the circus show will be shite, but what the hell.

Just got 2 seated tickets on the highest level. It came to 340 with the fees. Bloody hell.
I couldn't care less about the bands, but have to take my daughter to see them.

Would love to see Sabbath at least once but I reckon this is too much of a risk. It will most likely be Ozzy doing 2 or 3 songs then vocalist from the other bands getting up to do the rest.

How even would all the bands listed on the flyer get to play full sets in one day.

Am considering bringing my two young lads aged 6 and 8 to this for their first gig. I've never been to malahide so no idea of set up, eg is there a natural amphitheatre or is it just a flat field? Am I mad even thinking about it with two small boys in tow? Any of ye ever bring yer childers to metal gigs?

My son's first(and only gig so far) were Iron Maiden in Paris 2 years ago, he was 8 at the time.
He wasn't really interested in it much, to be honest. My daughter was 13 at the time, and we've visited a couple of Metal gigs together aftwerwards.

I've a Framus Cobra, Peavey 6505+, Marshall JCM 900 50w and a Framus Cobra 4x12 cab sitting in my living room.
Plus a Hartke 4x10 bass cab I'm using instead of a chair at the bar and some kind of a solid state Ampeg bass amp head that is somewhere where we're leaving our shoes.
I'm using fuck all in the last 7-8 years.

Well, the Croatian guy did get VERY inspired by Rammstein's Laichzeit main guitar riff(plus Pain - Party in My Head for the chorus) himself.
Rim Tim Tagi Dim was basically not made FOR Rammstein, but it was made BY them for the good chunk of the song
