It's the band H&H. The new 'Breaking Out Of Heaven' boxset just out. Devil You Know album with bonus tracks, two live album recordings and other nerdy bits.

Ah, I get ya, bit of a RJD nerd myself since his Rainbow days, I have TDYK and I think the bonus tracks are on The Dio Years which I have as well, so given the price, I'll leave it

Well, I for one was happy to be there, and really enjoyed it.

Great to have a gig like this on this side of the country.

I know they may not be huge venues, but great to see the shows sold out, they might come back.

I see they have resale tickets up for this already and had them up since Friday. A lad I work with who I will not be going to the gig with got seating tickets and said he doesn't have the option to resell so is this more underhand tactics from TM? I see someone saying on here they paid 138 for standing. I have seen a few standing resale come up for 162 as far as I know you can't resell for above face value in Ireland anymore.

I could be completely wrong here but given ticketmasters reputation I won't give them the benefit of the doubt.

Yeah, I think it's that you can't sell for more than you paid rather than face value of ticket, so that 162 is probably what they paid including fees.

I've put a Metallica 2 night seated ticket up for sale on the Ticketmaster resale because I got a 2 night standing,I paid €209 all in for it and if it sells I'll get that back but they have it up for €259

I got a standing ticket there for €138, pricy but they are one of the few bands I was into as a kid that I haven't seen yet so feck it!

So I logged onto ticketmaster at 8.58, in the lobby, that's fine, in the queue at 9, number five eighty something in the queue, waited a couple of mins, didn't seem too long, then I got to pick my ticket, so I select standing and when I selected get tickets, was told not available, or something like that. 

My question is though, if I'm eight hundred and something in the queue, and there is a limit per person, how are they all gone??? the standing ones I mean.

Thanks but that's only offering early entry premium standing tickets at €342 a piece. Ticketmaster are such greedy bastards is this now what it's going to be like getting tickets for every big show from now on.

I was on at 9.01, 900 and something in the queue before me, clicked to get standing, they're the cheapest ones, and I wasn't paying any more. Anyways wasn't more than 20 seconds in the queue, picked standing as they seemed to be available, but when I clicked get tickets was told they were no longer available..

I hear ya, didn't go in 2022 because it was in Marlay Park, just don't like the place. Saw them in Slane in 2017, that was great.

Glad it's an arena and not outdoor, will try an get ticket, I'd say it'll sell out fast, surprised they are doing an arena instead of a large venue outdoors, but I'm glad.
