Sad news never caught em' live sadly, a mate has met her a few times and she'd always take time to chat to fans. RIP

Quote from: Ducky on April 10, 2026, 12:32:14 PMThe Nevermore live footage from Istanbul.

I was very skeptical about this "reunion", but holy shit they've pulled it off (at least in the live setting). Not that Dane could ever be replaced (as he's IMO the best vocalist in metal, ever), but finding someone to be able to pull off his vocals and do them justice was the biggest of tasks.

Never thought I'd have a chance to hear some of these songs live, but here we are  :abbath:

Just getting time to watch it, very impressed. The whole band are on top form imo, yer man Berzan Önen some pipes. The young fella Jack Cattoi is class. I'm itching to seem em' now.

Just gave it a lash, it's a beast! Really like the artwork.

I enjoyed their earlier material, even have a soft spot for Deliverance. I'm a real baad man

Haven't picked it up, unlikely to do so. I've listened to it in it's entirety and for me at least it's just a bloated jam session in my opinion, no real flow or direction.

Quote from: ochoill on April 03, 2026, 03:27:03 PMBump for a new song:

https://slift.bandcamp.com/album/fantasia

It's savage and different to the last albums.  More straightforward but still class.  Little sting of KFAD era FNM off some of the riffs but generally just their own thing and very solid.  Excited for the album.

Have been back listening to Ilion since this track came out and it is much better after a while away from the band in general.  I think it was mostly the drum sound on Ilion that left me scalded in the long run but it is still great.

I just over indulged and took a break from it, the new track is great looking forward to hearing more! Be great to catch em' live.

Jupiter can be heard on a Simpsons episode 'Excuse Me While I Miss The Sky' pretty sure they've used Mars as well.

Re. Aggressive Perfector, read a review recently and it pretty much nailed it which is rare these days. Solid start to 2026.
