new Cloven Hoof album absolutely rips

Moonspell - Wolfheart
Iron Maiden - Dance of Death
Kreator - Coma of Souls
Satyricon - Dark Medieval Times
Eternal Champion - Ravening Iron

I'm in the minority but I really like Dance of Death. Definitely my favourite of the post-Bruce return era.

also in this group..best one by a mile

New Antnrax cd, enjoying it so far

Pet Peeve - Album intros - Why are they mandatory it seems these days - Either a shite Ides of March imitation some long overdrawn orchestra nonsense played on a 20 euro korg keyboard

spinning kings of metal and specifically blood of the kings after a day n the beer and remembering how good that ross the boss lopez gig was - we saw them play bloodstock a few years later pre covid and kk downing joined them and played some priest ..seems like something we dreamt up to be honest looking back

Great Band, will have to go on a deep dive over the weekend now

Pre-ordered the Bal Sagoth reissues

christ that video is unwatchable

Sons Of Liberty - Thought Crimes 1 & 2 cd

Power Windows was my introduction and remains the best to my ears.. Enjoy all the era's they did.. la villa strangiato is one of the greatest songs of all time

Iced Earth Discography in rotation on cd last few days

Wow! Ambitious. Saw them in Vicar St. Good gig but was there mainly for Accept as support. Have they become that popular?

Festival headliner at Wacken, Hellfest etc, stadium act on the continent, arena sized act UK & elsewhere. They have really exploded the last 5-10 years (similar to Powerwolf's trajectory)

Mental isn't it..saw em first in the button factory whenever that was and I'd never seen it so packed..we wandered in and got a ticket at the door thinking it'd only be the 2 of us at it..was prob about 20quid in can't remember

Great craic live..glad to see em back

New At The Gates is surprisingly very very good

They are on amazon uk for 37 quid up..as much as I want em I cant justify that
