I saw them a few weeks ago in Hamburg and they were fantastic, so I'll definitely be going to Cork. Maybe Limerick too. The new album is a banger.

Haven't listened to the new album yet, must give it a go. Based on how good they were supporting The Stranglers in Limerick this year, i'll definitely be hitting the Dolans show this time around too.
when are they in Dolans?
Edit: Well done, Me

Fuckin eejit. Yeah come down to it, their set the last time was lethal start to finish. Great to see them comimg back through again so soon.
Tickets got for The Spirit Store. Was there last year for The Wood and Wire acoustic show. Brilliant venue
Were the recent shows genuinely any use lads?
I've seen the band on every tour up to the Crooked Timber one but by that point I thought they'd lost it. Didn't sound great as a three piece and the setlists were shit, Crooked Timber start to finish was something I could've lived without.

The acoustic tour was very good. A lot better than I thought. Haven't youtubed the current tour yet but the new album Cleave is excellent.
Crooked Timber was shite!!!! 😂😂😂

I think I will. It'd be nice to get out for a few cups of milk at the very least. I might even try put myself through their new album. Although I'm not too hopeful as I haven't liked a note of it since Infernal Love.

Edit: Just listened to the album start to finish on youtube and it is actually decent. I think it helped having zero expectations but it was enjoyable and I didn't skip any of it.
Zero expectations is always a good place to start. They were playing every song off it at the start of the Europen tour so I gave it a good bit of time and grew to really like it. The songs meshed well with the classics at the gig and I've continued giving it regular spins in the weeks since. It has been quite a pleasant surprise, I didn't think they still had it in them.
They've finally relented and added Opal Mantra into there set list. Track alone is worth going to see them, no Dublin date as of yet.

Ah here!
No, it was class.
And they played Opal Mantra ;D
No Belfast show then? Cleave is a really strong album, although it's about 10 mins too short in my opinion.
I'm very much looking forward to Satruday. Did anyone here see them last night?
Going to Dolan's on Friday for this meself. Should be great, they were top class in the Milk Market last year.
Heading to the Spirit Store Sunday. Should be a good one. Excellent when they played there 2 years ago.
8 song encore in Derry
Can't argue with that one at all

Huge therapy fan myself but a long setlist doesn't necessarily make it a good one!! Church of Noise has to be one of the worst songs they ever did could never understand why they play it live. Still should be good craic in Limerick tonight that being said....
Jesus, yeah, what a mistake. I was looking at all the deadly songs first and thinking "Deadly!"
Offered tickets to this in Cork, may try and go.
Just me or is High Anxiety criminally underrated, doesn't seem to get any representation live would love Rust meself.
Haven't seen them since the Button Factory when they were doing the Infernal Love plus more shows bout 4 years ago.
Great gig last night in Limerick. There's a lot to be said for 3 lads, a few lights and riffs. No gowl acting required.
Have a spare for later, if anybody interested.

Deadly gig, just class from start to finish.
Therapy always deliver the goods live-interesting that Andy said at the start of the show in Limerick that they would be playing songs off all of their 15albums and then they ignored half of them!!!
Quality career spanning set in Dolans and the material off the new album holds it's own with the classics.

Here's my view from Limerick. Hugely enjoyable show, they're a fantastic band and super nice people.
I was doing their monitors. Only negative thing was the guy who pulled Andy's mic stand off the stage after the gig ended and robbed the mic. Jokes on that guy though, was a house mic so they now own a very used regular Shure SM58 that doesn't and never did belong to Therapy?
Ah shite, thought this was ages away!! ;D
Couldn't have made it last night anyway, was on a scouting training camp for the weekend and doing campfire songs probably around the same time they were about to hit the stage! ::) Has to be one of the most unique / lameass excuses on MI / MW yet?!
Spirit store tonight fucking rocked. 2hrs of beer and sweat and fucking mentalness.
Great craic up the front last night. Great set too.
I can't believe that it was my first time seeing Therapy?
Usually catch them in Cork when they tour, but had to skip this time.
Stupid life getting in the way again.

Fantastic album, in their top 5 for me, heavy as fuck too.
Caught them at the Galway gig, serious night. 26 songs I think they played, if not more. Didn't bother with the support band, what I'd heard of them was shite. Who was the wanker with the webcam on a stand, though?
Yeah ended up getting the Cork gig in myself in the end, delighted to have done so life left in this old dog yet new stuff sounded great with amongst the older stuff, shame they never got the call for Slane they deserved that!
Interesting to see will they be playing with the Irish Symphony Orchestra at Tipp Classical
According to their website they are, :I might check this out
