Self explanatory really.
What drugs are ye all into?
My favourites are mdma and weed.
I used to be a crazy cunt for taking all sorts of combinations in my early 20s but im not really into getting that messed up anymore.
I still use mdma at least once every couple of months and smoke at least one or 2 joints a day.
Im not a big fan of tripping hard on psychedelics but do enjoy the visuals that come with it.
I love downers as well such as valium and xanax.
Never got into opiates as anytime i took them they literally do nothing for me. I read before that some people dont break down opiates properly so they dont get high of them.
Probably for the best lol

Despite my mates getting into all kinds of stuff as we grew up, I was never that big on them. I always hated smoking so any kind of long term thing with hash was never going to happen. That being said, I did have a fun period with acid for a while, many years ago. I got what I needed out of it and moved on, have never had the urge to revisit.

Smoking never suited me (just made me puke) so hash & weed are out, tried speed (made me violent) and coke (just made me spout more bollocks than usual). Acid & mushies were fun for a while but I never got past that loss of control of how you see things - it was fun for a while but I never came down soon enough for my liking.

Never bothered with yokes when I was young (I'm in my mid-40s now), but went through a phase with my then missus a few years ago, sitting in her house, drinking cans and taking way too many. That was great, but fuck the comedown (walking home with your eyes closing is not enjoyable).

Just stick to pints nowadays.

Having a month on the dry (maybe longer) but generally I'm happy with just the cans.  Never bothered with most stuff.  Used to be fearless for weed but now very rarely, a drag once in a blue moon if it's going.  Lived in Canada for a long time and used to have a bucket or a bong for breakfast before work, then slowly wind out the day with pipes and purees. But then again I was getting a half oz for $80 so it was grand.  Moving home killed that behaviour stone dead.

The last time I was given opiates was in hospital. I got major league sick and diarrhea. I found Valium and xanax helpful with anxiety, but never really had a party with them.

Most messed up ive ever gotten was a mix of downers and drink. Got up to some awful strange shit on those and not even remembering anything is kinda scary.
Taken on their own they give you a lovely buzz.

Had a pretty bad asthma into my teens so always stayed from smoking any hash or anything, and some of the lads I hung around with got into pills and coke and turned into insufferable arseholes so never bothered with that and stuck to just rakes of cans

Have to say though in the last few years I've been reading about psychedelics and their effects (like in the meaning of life thread) and it all sounds pretty interesting,  but with young kids and hurtling towards 40 I'd say my time for that is probably passed

I dont think you can be too old to start doing drugs.
I know a fella who only started doing mushrooms and mdma when he was like 45.
